Territorial Shipping
If you choose Territorial Shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS, our choice. Always be sure to include a physical address so there are no delays in processing & shipping your order.

Standard Shipping & Handling Fee
Our Standard Shipping & Handling Fee of $7.50 is charged on all orders other than those for gift certificates only or live transplants only.

UPS Ground - Guaranteed
To guarantee that your order will ship UPS Ground, there is an additional fee of $3.75.

3-Day Express
Optional 3-day delivery is available on seed orders containing only Sampler, Packet and Bulk sizes, for an additional $9.95. If your order contains items other than S, P, B, L, M, N, X, Y, or Z sizes of seed, please call for a price quote. Sorry, this service is not available outside the continental US. Orders must be placed by 11am Pacific Time (weekdays) by phone or at our website, in order for it to be processed the same day as placed. We must have a physical address for 3-day delivery.

Rush Delivery
One or two day service is available within the United States. Please contact our office at (800) 626-0866 for a price quote. Rush Delivery orders must be placed by Noon Pacific time, with Customer Service, to guarantee same day shipment. We must have a physical address with Rush Delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii Customers
Please call for freight costs on heavier weight items. Insects and fruit-bearing plants are not available to Hawaii. Our live transplants, those item codes beginning with a Y are also not available to Alaska & Hawaii. We ship via US Mail to AK & HI-the website still requires a physical address at check-out; we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have a Post Office Box for your US Mail, we will use it and not the physical. We ship these orders via US Mail, only.

Extra Shipping Charges For Heavy Gardening Accessories
Extra shipping charges only apply when a garden accessory weighs 3 pounds or more. The items affected will have shipping weights listed under the picture on the page. The actual shipping charges will be available at checkout.

Orders to Canada and Mexico
We are currently only shipping S, P, B, L, M, N, X, Y, and Z sizes of seed to Canada and Mexico. For 1-30 packages of seed there will be an additional charge of $10.00 plus the standard shipping and handling fee. For 31-100 packages of seed there will be an additional charge of $25.00 plus the standard shipping and handling fee. For orders over 100 packages of seed, please contact us. Non-Seed items are not available for shipment outside of the USA. We ship these orders via US Mail, only.

International Orders
We are currently only shipping S, P, B, L, M, N, X, Y, and Z sizes of seed internationally. For 1-30 packages of seed there will be an additional charge of $14.00 plus the standard shipping and handling fee. For 31-100 packages of seed there will be an additional charge of $39.00 plus the standard shipping and handling fee. For orders over 100 packages of seed, please contact us. Non-Seed items are not available for shipment outside of the USA. We ship these orders via US Mail, only. We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, fees, etc. We do not provide phyto-sanitary certificates.
