Thermophilic Direct Set Culture
These are Direct Set (DS) cultures to add directly to your milk. Takes all the fuss and muss out of the culturing process. Each packet will set up to 2 gallons of milk. Will last up to 2 years if stored in the freezer.
Thermophilic is used for mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone, Romano, Swiss, Gruyere, and other Italian style cheeses, which grow at higher temperatures.
