Franklin Brussels Sprouts
80 days. In our recent trials, Franklin has been the earliest maturing of all the Brussels Sprouts. It has the added bonus of high quality, uniform, firm sprouts. The plants are quite tall and have less woody stalks so whole stem harvests are possible. For a delightful dish, try roasting Franklin with some garlic, olive oil, and finish with just a splash of mirin.
