Victorio Food Strainer & Sauce Maker
We found this food strainer absolutely indispensable for making sauces, jellies, juices, purées-you name it! It is sturdy enough to handle nearly any fruit or vegetable, and eliminates peeling and coring by separating skins and seeds from the purée. The all metal base and stainless steel screen are heavy duty; the extra large, one piece hopper measures 7 1/2 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches deep. Securely clamps to a counter or table up to 2 inches thick. Includes an apple/tomato screen.
