While our preferred canner is still the steam canner, some foods, like pickles, require water bath processing. This improved model offers an extra deep pot that fully covers seven, 1 quart jars. The chip resistant finish is easy to clean. The 22 quart pot has a vented lid and rust resistant, heavy gauge canning rack to keep the jars separated and safely off the bottom during processing. Steel canner has high temperature paint finish.
