Simply add milk or soymilk, active yogurt cultures and the yogurt maker will maintain the optimal environment for the cultures to turn your milk into yogurt. Includes seven 6-ounce jars with lids, and two covers to accommodate short or tall jars. Requires yogurt starter culture (sold separately).
