Malus pumila A classic and American tradition in fruit trees. Apples are a delicious, undemanding, and rewarding addition to the edible landscape.
Golden Sentinel™ Provides an especially breathtaking display of snow-white flowers in spring. A tower of sweet, firm golden fruit follows the blooms. The versatile apples are wonderful baked, pressed into cider, or enjoyed fresh off the tree. They can be kept well into January.
Scarlet Sentinel™ The perfect companion to its Golden counterpart. It produces densely packed, large apples. The red-blushed fruit has pristine white flesh that's superbly crisp, juicy, and sweet. These fruit store through February.
One year old bare root apple plants are shipped in late-March/early-April. Plants are approximately 1-2 feet tall. Order early for best availability. Complete growing instructions are included with each order.

"Malus pumila A classic and American tradition in fruit trees. Apples are a delicious, undemanding, and rewarding addition to the edible landscape. Dwarf rootstock allows trees to mature to a very namageable 12-16 feet tall. (Sentinal™ will grow to 10-12 feet tall, but may be topped to maintain a shorter height.) Apples require a second variety for pollination. All of the varieties that we offer will pollinize each other. Cold hardy to zone 4. Sentinal™ apples are approximately 1-2 feet tall when shipped while Honeycrisp™ is approximately 3-5 feet tall with 3/8 inch trunk diameter.
