Monument Chinese Cabbage

80 days. An easy crop to grow with monumental yields. Monument is a Michili type of Chinese Cabbage which means that it has a cylindrical shape and is perfect for harvesting in the fall and winter. Bulky plants can weigh in at over 4 pounds. Crisp green outer leaves protect the tender, oh-so-sweet white core. Holds well in the field until ready to use. Thin to 12 inches between plants. Japanese seed.
