We've tested many versions of the stirrup or scuffle hoe, and our farm crew has chosen this one as their favorite. The U-shaped blade is sharpened on both edges so the hoe can tackle the toughest of weeds. The swinging-use motion keeps the blade at a proper angle while continuously working the soil back and forth. Ash handle measures 56 inches and blade is 5 inches wide. The overall length is 65 inches.

These hoes have extra long handles that allow you to weed without stooping. The handle will be separate upon arrival. We will include a screw, so some assembly is required.
