CucinaPro Fruit and Vegetable Strainer
We found this food processor absolutely indispensable for making sauces, jellies, juices, purees-you name it! It is sturdy enough to handle nearly any fruit or vegetable, and eliminates peeling and coring by separating skins and seeds from the puree. The strainer body is solidly constructed of cast aluminum, and the screen is stainless steel. The oversized hopper is 10 inches in diameter and 4 inches deep-large enough for even big jobs. Mount it on virtually any surface with its stable suction base, or secure it with the included c-clamp.
