Millions of tiny holes (placed pointy-side down) allow airflow to the soil. Because the film is black, it deprives weed seeds of precious sunlight needed for photosynthesis. WeedBlock provides extra heat retention, a bonus for spring sowings. Use this product on raised beds, flower beds, around shrubs, or wherever you want to eliminate the majority of your weeding problems. May last up to three years. Three mil polyethelene.
