French Shallots

Our world-class French Shallots are grown in the Walla Walla Valley of Washington state. Shallots provide a unique and excellent mild onion flavor. When mature in mid to late summer, each bulb will have divided to produce a cluster of bulbs ready for your favorite recipes. Shallots need to be planted shortly after arrival.

Shallots are shipped only in the fall-late September or early October, depending on the season. Quantities are limited; order before September 15th for best availability.
