French Shallots

Our world-class French Shallots are grown in the Walla Walla Valley of Washington state. Shallots provide a unique and excellent mild onion flavor. We send them to you as dry bulbs, approximately 32 bulbs per pound. When mature in mid to late summer, each bulb will have divided to produce a cluster of 6-10 bulbs ready for your favorite recipes. Shallots need to be planted shortly after arrival.

Shallots are shipped only in the fall-late September or early October, depending on the season. Quantities are limited; order before September 15th for best availability.
