This two-fold process improves the soil while providing the chickens with variety in their diet, thus reducing their feed requirements. The tractor can simply be moved to a new location once the existing one has been picked clean. With an enclosed yard, roofed top, and nesting box within the enclosed shelter, the chickens have all they need to keep protected from weather and predators. They thrive on the fresh air, sunshine, live food, and exercise. Built in Oregon from weather-resistant, high quality cedar, the Chicken Tractor is designed to last years.
